Refund policy

Project Pomona prides itself on a high quality products and goods. Because it is understandable that you may have to return something for a variety of reasons, there is a 30-day return and exchange policy. If the item you receive is not right, whatever the reason, return it within 30 days and Project Pomona will promptly refund your money or exchange it for something else. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition. All items must have their original tags in place and be in unworn, unused and undamaged condition.
In order to return an unused item, you will need to send an email to orders@projectpomona.com, provide your order number, reason for return, items being returned, and request a Return Authorization. A return label will then be emailed to you.

All refunds will be for merchandise only, Project Pomona cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.
