Elder Hill Farms

Nestled in the Hill Country of Texas, Elder Hill Farms began as a passion project for land regeneration.  What started as a simple family garden has become acres of terraced grazing area for livestock: cows, heritage pigs, sheep, ducks, geese and turkeys. We celebrate nature and the challenging climate of Central Texas by adapting to changes, feeding the soil, and incorporating water saving techniques such as aquaponics and keyline design.
