Shipping Policy:

When completing your order, you will be presented with shipping options. Domestic Shipping charges begin at $3.00.  Once payment has been received, a shipping notification including a tracking number will be emailed in approximately 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday).  If order volume is high, this time may be longer.  Current Production/Ship time is located in the Bottom Left corner of the Home/Main Page.

Items are 'simply' mailed in efforts to reduce packaging waste. Know they are made and sent with Much Love and Care even though there are no frills with the packaging.  Also, please refer to your emailed invoice as you will not receive a paper invoice with your items.  If for any reason you lose your emailed invoice, no worries, we can look it up.

 

Reviews:  

You will receive an email a a few weeks after your order asking you to review your purchase.  Project Pomona loves your feedback.  In appreciation of your review, you will receive a coupon code for a future purchase.  If you do not receive this code after submitting your review, please contact orders@ProjectPomona.com

 

International Orders
Project Pomona ships to Canada and APO and more. Please email orders@ProjectPomona.com if you have questions regarding international shipments. Standard Shipping to Canada starts at $9.00.  Priority International Flat Rate Shipping Available Upon Request.

 

Return Policy:

Project Pomona Offers Customers a "30-Day Return Policy"
Project Pomona prides itself on a high quality products and goods. Because it is understandable that you may have to return something for a variety of reasons there is a 30-day return and exchange policy. If the item you receive is not right, whatever the reason, return it within 30 days and Project Pomona will promptly refund your money or exchange it for something else. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition. All items must have their original tags in place and be in unworn, unused and undamaged condition. 

In order to return an UNUSED and UNWASHED item, you will need to checkout with the RETURN SHIPPING ITEM.  A return label will be emailed upon payment.

All refunds will be for merchandise only, Project Pomona cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.  Project Pomona will issue a refund once merchandise has been received.  Project Pomona is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
